I built Ouchie Origami out of my own hurt and what folding it, slowly, taught me. But I know from my own seasons that some weights are heavier than any worksheet, course, or journal can hold. When I was carrying that kind of weight, what changed things wasn't more effort on my own — it was other people holding it with me.
The lines below are staffed by people who do that all day, every day, for strangers. There is no threshold of “bad enough” to qualify — that was a story I told myself for far too long.
