Refund Policy

We want you here because the work is helping, not because a payment has you locked in. This policy is simple on purpose.

One-Time Purchases

Courses and books purchased individually come with a 30-day refund window. If a purchase isn't serving you within 30 days, email us and we will refund it in full — no forms to fill out, no proof required, no hard feelings. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions

Memberships are cancel-anytime. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. There are no cancellation fees and no retention hoops — one email or one click in your account settings is enough.

If something went wrong — you meant to cancel before a renewal, or a charge surprised you — reach out. We would rather make it right than keep a payment you didn't intend.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@ouchieorigami.com from the address on your account and tell us which purchase you'd like refunded. That's it. We aim to respond within two business days.
